Well, it has been far too long since I have updated this. David has of course been growing insanely fast in the meantime; learning and experiencing new things every day. Two weeks ago David slept through the night (9pm-5:30am) for the first time! He performed this miracle 3x that week! Last weekend we headed to Seattle for our first big trip to visit Dad's side of the family. David really enjoyed meeting all of the extended fam that could make it to Grandma & Grandpa Rogers' house and was just so excited by all of the new people and surroundings that he couldn't sleep very well...we will be practicing some naps in his portable crib to get ready for the next big trip!
David has continued to amaze us with his kicking skills and loves to hang out on the floor or in his bouncy seat where there is plenty of stretching room. He also enjoys culinary adventures with mom from the safety of the baby bjorn - this past Friday he learned how to make enchiladas and elephant ears with Amber & Jada and yesterday we made some white chocolate macadamia nut cookies for dad, he is a very talented little man!
Chillin' on Jada's couch
